Risk assessments include an initial meeting and assessment of the individual who needs to be evaluated, a safety plan and recommendations for continuing care, and follow up communication with the school as necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Just as I seek to honor my client’s time, I ask the same in return. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients who cancel an appointment without a minimum of 24-hours notice will be billed in full for their appointment.
