Where are your offices located?
Morgan's Northside Parkway location is conveniently located near the intersection of Mt. Paran Rd. and Northside Pkwy. She is available for appointments on Tuesdays - Thursdays.

Do you accept Insurance? 
I do not accept insurance; however, I am able to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company. It is recommended that you contact your insurance provider prior to setting up an appointment as rates and reimbursements vary depending on your provider. 
 
What are your fees for service?
Rates vary depending on what type of service you are seeking. Regular counseling sessions, which are 45-50min in length, and parent consultations are $200/appointment. Risk assessments are billed at additional rates. Please contact me for more details. You are welcome to set up a brief complimentary phone call prior to your first appointment to ask questions or to determine if I am the right provider for you! If I am unable to assist you, I am happy to refer you to another professional who can.

What is the cancellation policy? Why?
In the event that you are unable to keep either a face-to-face appointment or a TeleMental Health appointment, you must notify me by 12PM the day prior to your scheduled appointment.  If such advance notice is not received, you will be financially responsible for the session you missed.  Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.

I am not an "on call" provider, and do not check email or text messages outside of working hours. I check my email at 12pm daily for all cancellations so that I can offer the time slot to another client who may be seeking services. I cannot fill the time slot with shorter notice. I am always happy to move to a Telehealth appointment if you are unable to make an in-person session. Should an emergency arise, I will discuss this on an individual basis. More than two late cancellations may result in a conversation about your commitment to the therapeutic relationship.
